What if I can't find my size?

A: Fill out our contact form with your exact measurements, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How quickly will I receive my order?

A:  As most of our gowns are made to order, it can take up to 60 days for complete fulfillment.

Do you take bespoke orders?

A:  We do, but on a limited scale, and generally at a certain value because of the time and cost related to capturing the exact vision.

If a color is not available for an item, could I request an alternate color not offered?

A:  Fill out our contact form with your exact color inquiries, and we will do our best to fulfill it or let you know if we are unable to. 

 

We believe communication is key to both parties being satisfied with each transaction, so please do communicate, no question or point of view is too silly.  A clear understanding of each others' intention is paramount for a satisfactory interaction and fulfillment of your order.
